National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS) Data Collection for February 2025

From February 8 to 28, 2025, the data collection for the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) is taking place at BPS Bima Regency. Prior to the data collection, BPS Bima Regency conducted an update from January 24 to February 7. This survey covers 16 villages or 160 households across Bima Regency. A total of 7 Field Data Collection Officers (PPL) and 3 Field Inspection Officers (PML) are involved in the process.

Sakernas itself is a survey conducted by BPS to continuously provide key labor market data. Its specific objective is to estimate the number of employed individuals, unemployed individuals, and other labor market indicators, as well as to track their development at the district/city level
